IP-ALL - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to IP-ALL ("Service", "we", "us", "our").

The Service is operated by FOO Shapoval Yevhen Borysovych, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

IP-ALL provides a platform for users to anchor cryptographic hashes to a blockchain (NEAR) for timestamping and verification purposes.

The Service does NOT store or process original user content. Only cryptographic hashes submitted by users are recorded and processed.

3. NO LEGAL GUARANTEE / DISCLAIMER

IP-ALL is a technical tool for recording and verifying hashes.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Proof of authorship or ownership
• Legal validity in any jurisdiction
• Protection of intellectual property rights

The Service does not mediate ownership disputes and does not determine authorship. Any timestamps are provided as neutral technical evidence only.

We do not guarantee that any third party (including courts, authorities, or organizations) will recognize or accept blockchain records as legal evidence.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Submit harmful, abusive, or fraudulent data
• Attempt to exploit, overload, or attack the system
• Circumvent rate limits or security mechanisms

We may remove content or restrict access without notice.

6. HASH SUBMISSIONS

You are solely responsible for:

• The content represented by submitted hashes
• Ensuring you have the rights or permission to use such content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content associated with any submitted hash.

7. BLOCKCHAIN OPERATIONS

The Service interacts with the NEAR blockchain. You acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions may fail, be delayed, or incur fees
• We do not control blockchain performance or availability
• Anchoring is performed on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed

The Service is currently provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees or change the pricing model at any time with prior notice.

Data written to the blockchain is immutable and cannot be modified or deleted. Deleting your account will not remove blockchain records.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IP-ALL and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Missed or failed blockchain transactions
• Incorrect or incomplete verification results
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Service in the last 12 months, or 10 (ten) USD, whichever is higher.

Use the Service at your own risk.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IP-ALL and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your submitted hashes or related content
• Your violation of these Terms

10. DATA AND ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

We will delete personal data stored by the Service where possible. However, cryptographic hashes or records that have been written to blockchain networks cannot be modified or deleted.

11. AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine at the place of registration of the Service operator, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
